Les Lumieres au Palais des Papes

Last night I saw a super light show at the Palais des Papes. I took pictures and video clips with my camera; they're not really that good and don't do the experience justice, but I did my best. I'm not putting the clips on here--just the many pictures, which are actually just the same view of the same palace at night in different colors....

(above is a picture o all the people who went to the Palais des Papes. Actually, it's just a small section. Anyway, I was going to take another one because this one blurred, but then I decided it looked cooler that way. So there you go.)

(Above: view of the stage lights that were making all the prettyness on the Palace.)

I will see if I can string all the tiny video clips together into a film if I can. And put it on a disk. And send it to people (but I have to try and make it first!!).

  1. I like the palais best lit all purple with yellow in the alcoves. And I agree that the moving crowd shot looks cool. You might want to enter that one in a photo contest.

  2. I think the purple and yellow is the clearest shot of the Palais and thus one of my favorites as well. I also like the red with those pannels of yellow that have read leaves in them. You can't tell in the photo that they're leaves, but they are. I wasn't fast enough to get a picture of each color. There was green and yellow (with the leaves), Purple and yellow (with the leaves), etc.

A photo contest would be cool...
