Train tickets to Italy--$1825

That's a lot of money to be paying. Especially when you have less than twice that. But I'll be paid back for all of that except for 365 dollars.

Now, you are all probably wondering: What the heck is she talking about?!?!
The last week of October, we have a weeks worth of Vacation! So a group of 4 other girls and I decided to go to Italy and visit Rome, Florence, and Venice (for two days each). However, we had to have one person buy ALL 5 of the tickets to ensure that we would all be together and one person didn't get left behind, etc. Well, that one person who has to pay turns out to be me. All five of the train tickets (for the whole trip Marseille-->Rome-->Florence-->Venice-->Avignon) costs 365 per person. So each person's parents has to write a check for that amount and send it to MY parents so that they can put it in my bank account. Still, I hope Naneth doesn't have a heart attack when she finds this out.... (Hi 'Neth!...hehehe....). I almost had a heart attack, but since they're paying me back ASAP, I should be OK. Cross your fingers for me, everyone!

  1. Why should I have a heart attack? It isn't my money you're spending. Well, most of it isn't.

  2. Because it's a lot of money at once. I don't know. I'd freak out. I guess I was projecting.
